After we’ve teamed up to create your family’s one-of-a-kind getaway, and your reservation is officially secured with a deposit, we’ll send over an invoice with all the details. Most trips require just a small deposit—typically between $49 and $400—to lock things in. For Disney vacations, there’s a nominal Vacation Design Fee that covers the pixie dust, magic touches, and behind-the-scenes planning that make those experiences truly unforgettable.

When you’re ready to move forward, you’ll receive a link to our secure payment form—designed with your safety and convenience in mind. We carefully protect your payment information and make the process easy-peasy, so you can turn your focus to packing your bags and counting down to adventure!

All reservations are securely booked through our official travel agent portal, ensuring that every dollar goes directly toward your vacation. We never handle payments directly—instead, you’ll receive a confirmation for each transaction, giving you peace of mind every step of the way.

Need a little flexibility? Our "Vacay Layaway" option lets your family pay over time! Once your deposit is in place, we’ll help you build a personalized payment plan that suits your budget, with options for monthly or quarterly schedules. (Please note that weekly plans aren’t currently available.)

Final payments are due 30 to 120 days before your arrival, depending on the destination. This gives you plenty of time to plan, prepare, and get excited!
